The name of the bread “Ļapas’ bread” comes from the nickname Ļapa given to the baker Lāsma by her grandchildren.
* The bread baking masterclass is organised for groups of at least 5 people (EUR 10 per person). The programme lasts two to three hours, and allows you to learn how to bake bread following an old family recipe under the guidance of the baker. Everyone gets its turn to knead, make a loaf, and – more importantly–taste the self-made bread.
* Catering for groups (starting from 5 people), menu can be arranged. The hostess will treat you with a home-made bread, soup or porridge made on an open fire, and will also teach you an old family dance.
